Collection requirements

Blood: Streck Cell-Free DNA tube (20 mL) + 20 mL of whole blood into EDTA tubes (3 mL). The minimum acceptable volume to perform the test is 15 mL.

Preparation and notes

IMPORTANT: 1. Request the questionnaire and the informed consent form from the laboratory. 2. The questionnaire completed by the requesting physician and the informed consent signed by the patient must be sent. SPECIAL COLLECTION TUBES - REQUEST FROM THE LABORATORY. Samples must be delivered to the laboratory on the day of collection or within 48 hours after collection. Samples are shipped at room temperature in the padded thermal packaging supplied with the collection tubes. NEVER FREEZE THE SAMPLES.
