Preparation and notes

IMPORTANT: Samples for this test should only be collected Monday to Thursday and never on the day before a public holiday. Send the clinical history. Bone marrow blood collection: collect into a tube with suitable medium (SPECIAL TUBE - REQUEST FROM THE LABORATORY) or, alternatively, into sodium heparin: Blood (5 mL). Avoid collection in EDTA, as it inhibits cell growth.
